Freedom! Relief! Thankfulness! These are the 3 words that come to mind when I reflect on the sale of my property in Visalia, CA. I owned such a large and specialized restaurant building that I thought its sale would be impossible. The stress of this deal was high as vandalism and theft continued on the vacant building.
