Jared’s early appreciation for real estate formed as he watched and learned from his grandfather and father, both whom were highly active developers of commercial properties throughout the Central San Joaquin Valley. Shortly after graduating college, Jared began specializing in Commercial brokerage throughout Central CA. Ennis has a unique background and diverse experience with all facets of Commercial real estate, which is difficult to find in todays “boutique” agent and firm environment. Ennis has direct knowledge and experience in both sales, investment, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and land deals.
