First Time Investment Acquisition

After letting Jared and Kevin know of my interest of investing, they worked hard to find me an off-market 2 tenant deal. They were able to negotiate the price and terms to allow for a high cap rate and enough time to get financing. After the lease expired 4 years later, they were able to extend the lease by 5- more years on increased terms, and sold it as an investment for almost twice as much as I originally paid. They then found me a single tenant Industrial building to 1031 exchange into, and leased it up within 3 months. Because of the strong lease terms of this new lease, the value again went up by 60% more than I paid. These guys are amazing at what they do and integral throughout the entire process.

  • Moderate Risk, Slightly Higher Rate of Return
